 kaldereta
Not the same Kaldereta I used to love
This has been my favorite ever since but not until last night. I don't know what happened in the kitchen but surely something went wrong. It was lacking the taste factor which is the selling point for this dish! I hope they could bring back the kaldereta I used to love!
